Infinity Drain, the manufacturer at the forefront of architectural and decorative drains proudly announces its Matte Black finish option has been named a 2019 Best of Year honoree in the Architectural Products category at Interior Design’s 2019 Best of Year (BoY) Awards.

The BoY Awards is one of the year’s most esteemed design awards program dedicated to architects, interior designers, manufacturers, and design trade professionals from around the world.

The Infinity Drain team had the privilege of attending this year’s ceremony now in its fourteenth year, held in the River Pavilion at the Jacob L. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

Upon stepping foot into the Pavilion’s Great Hall guests were immediately immersed into the world of fabrics with décor designed by Tsao & McKown and Sunbrella. Pillars of oversized, stacked spools of yarn lined the hall in a neutral ombre color scheme while partygoers enjoyed the evening beneath a canopy of multi-colored spun wool.

Further into the great hall guests enjoyed installations by honorees, including a custom wall of panels made with salvaged material created by Liz Collins Studio that expertly tied the night’s theme of “Fiber to Fabric” together.

At 7pm, guests were ushered through a crimson curtain of rope and invited to take a seat as the award ceremony commenced. Hosted by Interior Design Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief, Cindy Allen and Publisher Carol Cisco the 2019 BoY awards received over 150,000 votes for 2,638 renowned products that were submitted.
