Custom Fabrication Information
Infinity Drain offers custom fabrication for linear shower drains and architectural drainage systems, allowing projects to meet exact design and installation requirements.
- Linear grates are manufactured 1/8″ shorter than the specified custom length to allow for easy grate removal and maintenance.
- FX Series custom length is measured based on the entire grate and channel assembly.
- FF, FT, FCS, and FCB Series custom length is measured based on the inside channel dimension.
- Custom fabricated drains are produced with a ±1/16″ manufacturing tolerance.
- A completed custom fabrication form must accompany the purchase order submitted through an authorized Infinity Drain dealer.

Customization Options
Prepped and Ready: Channel components, including stainless steel channel trim, PVC channel, and PVC outlet sections, are cut to exact size, glued together, and ready for installation.
Custom Fabricated Grate: Each order includes a stainless steel grate customized to match the precise channel dimensions.

Unlacquered Brass: Living Finish

Developing a Natural Patina
- Color Evolution: Brass surfaces gradually shift from a bright golden tone to deeper shades of brown, bronze, or amber. In humid or coastal environments, the metal may develop subtle green or blue tones (verdigris) as part of the natural oxidation process.
- Organic Texture: As the finish ages, the surface develops a slightly varied, organic texture that adds depth, richness, and architectural character to the material.

Custom Color Matching
Infinity Drain offers custom finish and color matching to coordinate with fixtures, hardware, and architectural design elements across residential and commercial bathroom projects. Custom finishes ensure that linear drains, center drains, and specialty drainage products integrate seamlessly with the overall design aesthetic.
Color Matching Options
- Pantone Color Match: Specify a Pantone color code and desired gloss level (example: PANTONE Red 032 C – High Gloss).
- Sample Match: Provide a physical sample. Infinity Drain will create a custom finish sample for review and approval before production.

Stainless Steel Shower Base

Install Process
Arrives factory flood tested with a Lifetime Guarantee. The base is ready to install and features an integral drain, pre-sloped floor, and is coated with surface primer for tile installation.
The base is adhered to the subfloor, leveled and attached to the plumbing. Framing is completed around the shower base or the shower base is placed into a preexisting framed space then secured directly to the framing.
